May Long Weekend

This past May Long weekend we had the best weather ever. Adam's Mom joined us for the weekend and thanks to her I have photos to post - she took most of them since Anderson was a bit fussy as he is teething.

I think there is a picture out there somewhere where Adam is doing the same thing - however his is alcohol induced...

We were doing some yard work - Jackie was a great help with her tools.

Hands up, hands us baby, hands up....

Love the look.

Jackie loves her wagon - and she loves to be the one to pull it - not sure if she will like it as much once Anderson is finally old enough to ride in it....

Finally, adult time...

An Old Picture...

This picture was taken last year by a friend of ours - as far as our memory tells us it was last June - so almost a year ago.

Adam took Jackie to a friends house - this animal is stuffed and in his Dad's study - Jackie loved him and I absolutely love the picture.

I can't believe how much she has changed in a year but still fits into the same jacket.
We just got the picture emailed to us the other day and I thought you might enjoy it as much as we are .

Hanging out in the Trailer

I love how Anderson sleeps - he likes to have his face covered and hold on to his blankie.

Camping and a New Trailer

Welcome to camping season!

We have been looking forward to this day since we locked the trailer and drove home last year September long. Since I was so pregnant we decided not to camping right through September like we normally do, so this winter was extra long for us.

But in the winter, since we added to the family, we also realized we had to add to the space we have for living while we camped. Jackie is still sleeping in a playpen, and now with Anderson already at 6 months, we did not have room for 2 playpens in the old trailer.

So we bought ourselves a big new trailer. This one has a big slide in the main room - the couch and dinette, and also a slide in the back kids bedroom area.

There are 3 bunks (but we only ever plan to use 2 - honest), the second door you see is a door into the bathroom, the dinette is a nice new style - a big u-shaped one - great for fitting more than 4 people at if needed.

We all had a great time as we introduced Anderson to the wonderful world of camping.

Breakfast...

I caught her in the middle of a sneeze...
