Christmas 2006 - Part 1

Christmas this year started in Canmore a few days early, Kristi (Adam's sister) had to work on the 25th, so we had Christmas eve on the 22nd and Christmas Day on the 23rd.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. It was a pretty quiet this year - Diana, Eric, Kristi, Adam and I - and the pets - Brutis and Oz (Kristi's cat).

Christmas Day started out nice and slow (no kids to demand the early morning gift opening yet). We all headed out for a walk, here is Brutis sporting his Birthday jacket - very chic!

Brutis - we gave him a new bone - he liked it so much it took a while before he would allow us to take the bow off.

Eric and Brutis - hanging out.

In order to let the cat and the dog stay in the same house together, we had to put up a baby gate - this allowed the cat some space and helped us relax (not having to chase the dog down the hall as he constantly tried to get at the cat to play with. Oz is not a fan of Brutis what so ever, Brutis just wants to play. The cat is able to get over the gate - Brutis is not.
